Acv41 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the acv41 platform. By registering or accessing any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the acv41 platform, accessible via the official website and mobile application. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and acv41 ("Platform", "we", "us").
By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by acv41, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction.
- You are using this platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any other party.
- All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and current.
- Your use of this platform is subject to the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on acv41. Any attempt to create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, circumvent restrictions, or for any other unauthorised purpose may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without a refund.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, valid contact information, and an active Malaysian bank account. This information must be consistent with one another, as it is used to verify your identity when processing withdrawals.
Account Security Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
- Acv41 recommends enabling two-factor authentication for an added layer of security.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
All acv41 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out herein. The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to access or operate the platform without authorisation.
- Exploiting any technical bugs, system errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Transferring funds between user accounts for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Using credit card details, bank accounts, or payment methods that do not belong to you.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving disrespectfully towards support staff or other users.
- Attempting to breach, hack, or interfere with the security of the platform's systems and infrastructure.
Acv41 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual found engaging in fraudulent activity or violating Malaysian law through this platform.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All transactions on the acv41 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via local payment methods, including FPX, bank transfers, and e-wallets listed on the platform.
Deposit
- Deposits are credited once payment confirmation is successfully received.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on your chosen payment method.
- Acv41 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
- Keep proof of your transaction for reference in case any dispute arises.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered under the verified user's name.
- Withdrawals may require additional identity verification before they are processed.
- Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your chosen method.
- Acv41 reserves the right to decline withdrawals that are suspicious or do not meet compliance requirements.
Any transaction dispute must be reported to acv41 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Acv41 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the service running without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, server outages, or issues beyond our control. acv41 is not liable for any indirect loss, negligence, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Intellectual Property: All content, logos, designs, software, and branding on the acv41 platform are the exclusive property of acv41 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The acv41 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational convenience only. Such links do not imply that acv41 endorses, owns, or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access these links at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
Acv41 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of these Terms, or activity that threatens the security of the platform or other users. In cases of proven fraud, any balance in the account in question may be forfeited.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Acv41 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the designated dispute resolution channels, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
